At Black Portal Merch (blackportalmerch.com), we want you to love what you order. Each piece is made with care, and your satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases where your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Issues

  • If your item arrives with a print error, is damaged in shipping, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email us at support@blackportalmerch.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so we can make it right.
  • Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Because all products are custom-printed and made just for you, we cannot accept returns for:
    • Wrong size ordered
    • Buyer’s remorse (changed your mind, etc.)
    • General wear and tear after use

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges for size or style. Please double-check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if we cannot replace a defective or incorrect item.
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Shipping Returns

  • Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
